Dr. Randy Ramirez is a second generation Chiropractor who was born and raised in Orange County, California. He attended K-12 in the Garden Grove Unified School District and graduated from Garden Grove High School (Class of 1998). Later that summer, Dr. Ramirez joined the United States Navy where he served our country for four years. He was stationed in Norfolk, VA on the USS Mitscher (DDG-57). Dr. Ramirez enjoyed traveling the world and meeting different people at a young age. He followed up his service in the military with his medical certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Dr. Ramirez took the core values of the military and inspired people to better themselves both physically and emotionally. He attended Southern California University of Health Sciences where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
Dr. Ramirez remains current with the latest and most effective techniques by regularly attending advanced Chiropractic seminars. He is an Active Release Techniques Provider, which allows him to work with professional athletes and people who are looking to maximize their results with individually designed programs to increase their strength and range of motion.
Dr. Ramirez met his wife Terra shortly after completing his duty in the military. Her career in law enforcement has allowed Dr. Ramirez to work very closely with many peace officers and firemen in the surrounding cities. Dr. Ramirez’s goal is to make a positive change in his patients’ lives by not only treating their conditions but by also educating them about managing physical, emotional and chemical stress.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Ramirez enjoys spending time with his family, diving, hiking, running half marathons, and participating in triathlons. He also enjoys CrossFit on a regular basis and works very closely with CrossFit gyms in the Orange County and surrounding communities.
